If you could move, it was probably a hypnagogic hallucination, which usually precede SP.

I couldn't move...I don't know why I was like trying to move and moved a finger and *bang* it all stopped.

I don't remember it 100%, it's like those times where you wake up and do something and the next day you barely remember it...Maybe I could move..

Look:: From wikipedia: on the article "Hypnagogia"

The paralysis itself is frequently accompanied by additional phenomena. Typical examples include a feeling of being crushed or suffocated, electric ‘tingles’ or ‘vibrations’, imagined speech and other noises, the imagined presence of a visible or invisible entity, and sometimes intense emotion: fear or euphoria and orgasmic feelings.
So I just answered the question myself Anyways...still happy and mad at the same time, it was a cool experience. (At least right now, not the time when I was experiencing it)

Well when its in the moment I'm terrified. But during the day I muster up all this courage to go all the way, but when you're doing it, its much different from just saying you're going to do it. I still haven't fully experienced a WILD. Still trying though. After a week of attempts you get used to it.

I read online that when you feel that vibrating, you're already in sleep paralysis, but might not know it. Don't try to move while vibrating, when you stop vibrating or are barely vibrating, try opening your mouth/moving your eyes, then try and get up.

Chances are you'll be having an OEB or LD.

But I'm not sure if this is true or not, will be attempting tonight after my 3rd time waking up from attempted LD's.

      I'll report back

I wasn't even trying to WILD..

I think SP wouldn't be scary if the nights wouldn't be dark...with daylight you wouldn't be scared..

Sometimes I wake up from dreams, I could just apply the technique that I accidentally made if SP wouldn't scare me...DAMN YOU DARKNESS!! Why the dark is so scary lolz?

I mean, the vibrations were like meh, but what I'm scared of is that I will see hallucinations of real images if I try it.

EDIT: With hallucinations of images I mean scary things ..haha
