Have i been LDing?
Hi, i just stumbled on this site at work (yes i get bored), and i think that i've had several LD experiences by myself ( i didn't read the tutorial yet, but i will at home)
Sometimes during my dreams i would realise that i would be dreaming, infact, at least 40% of the time, i realise that im dreaming and i know that im in a dream except i hardly ever control it i just let things go knowing that its all fake.
For example, say if im falling from something about half way i would feel my heart beat and just as i am about to fall and hit the ground i would realise that im dreaming and not care any more, then i would stand up and walk somewhere.
Othertimes i would run somewhere forcefully and control what others in my dream do knowing that im doing this,
Is this a lucid experience?
