hi its ME ;-)
Hello i am Marek38102 from Germany,
I have sinc 3 days a dream journal and i hope i will soon become a lucid dream.
I had lucid dreams but i cant control how many times and when their com.
And Hope you guys can help me a little bit in this ^^
*sorry for my horrible english*

Im loving to have lucid dreams especially because i heard from people that they could control their dreams but its for me not so easy to remember my dreams.
But i think its not so bad because i had since 3 days a dream journal.
and i knew not so much of the dream but after the 3rd dream i knew a bunch more from my dreams now.
But my main problem is that i cant do anything in my dream just like an statue and i see only my dream.
I downloaded a file from the internet with the name lucidremix.mp3
I hope this will help me to be active in my dreams so i can decide what i make in my dream. Or maybe you have an other audi help files for beginners ^^
I know it take some time but i hate this bad feeling at the morning when i woke up and again i couldnt do nothing in my dream

Hallo!
Have a read through the website about tips on lucid dreaming, a good way is by using reality checks. You'll start having them soon, there's no rush. I have a lot of dreams, but not that many that are lucid. I'm still practicing!

Good to hear your dream recall is improving. Just remembering more of your dreams will greatly enrich your life. Some of my most memorable dreams have just been normal dreams.
