      Hello.

      Hello everyone,

      I'm 16 year old male from Lithuania, I discovered Lucid Dreaming yesterday, I hope I can get help and tips here. I can't recall a dream for the past few months, hope I can get better.

      Well that is definitely the first place you need to start is with a dream journal have one next to your bed so every time you wake up from one you can write it down, also a lot of people will use voice recorders because they believe it is easier. The purpose of being able to memorize dreams is so you dont end up having a lucid dream and not even remembering it. Where would the fun in that be?

      But, Goodluck with LDing you will have a blast and unlock an entirely new world don't get frustrated and don't give up.
