      Losing touch with my Dreaming?

Lately I've been having more trouble remembering dreams, and I haven't had a lucid in over three weeks. I've kept up with RC's as much as I can, but without remembering I can't keep up my Dream Journal.

Does anyone have any suggestions or possible reasons that this could be happening?

Write down anything you can, even a feeling or fracture from the dream, If you really find it hard then drink some green tea right when you go to sleep. It helps loads.

It's probably just a dry spell. It should pass soon.

My recall dipped a week or so ago. It came back again when I made sure I had a drink before bed, and when I wake up in the night and remember a dream I go and get another drink.
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

The best way to keep a good dream recall is to make sure you sleep like 8 hours every night, and that you go to bed at approx. the same time every night. Your brain then knows you have a sort of schedule and you sleep better besides the longer you sleep the better the chance of you having more ld's.

This is why college sucks. I don't really ever develop a regular sleeping pattern.

Lucid Dream Goals(after mastering the technique of course)-
      -Ride a tiger
      -Fly(Obviously)
      -Shake hands with reflection
      -Talk to subconscious
      -Eat a dream CrunchWrap Supreme

Thank you! That green tea bit may be part too. I used to drink it every evening just because I enjoyed it, but I ran out a few weeks back and never got more.

That and my schedule is always changing, but I remembered two dreams last night, so it may have just been a dry spell.

How many hours of sleep a night are you getting?

I recommend getting at least 7(preferably 8) hours of sleep a night for maximum dream recall and lucidity chance.

It all depends on my schedule. I get more sleep when I do dream well of course.

Green tea has a small amount of caffeine, but there are ways to turn standard into decaf. (To decaffeinate a teabag, pour two cups of hot water, dip it in the first one for about 5-10 seconds, removing a majority of the caffeine since it's released immediately, then put it into the other glass.)

If you're tired enough, the caffeine won't bother your sleep much anyways, especially if you drink it a couple hours before bed, like I do (Or did until I ran out)

Its depends on how deep a sleeper you are, i sleep really deep so i can drink tea and soft drinks full of sugar and still get to sleep with no problems

For the most part green or white tea has just enough caffeine to have a kick in your awareness but not enough to keep you awake, its actually very relaxing to your nervous system.

Try it and see for yourself
