I can tell time in my dreams.

The title pretty much explains it. Sometimes I even look at it and when I wake up it's dangerously close to that time, just past it. Other times it's some random time, but either way its very distinctly visible and is in no way blurred or not legible. Has any one else had this happen? Or have any Ideas on what it could mean? Thanks, and also, I'm almost 100% certain you can dream jump into other people's dream; any thoughts?
