      Induction

      Hi, me again.

Any ideas how to induce lucidity more quickly?

Also, I find I generally dream the day's events in reverse.

Do these, and read as much as you can. Besides that, unless you ask a more specific question, it's hard to say.

I find I dream about events from 7-9 days ago. Maybe my subconscious is on a time delay.

I believe WBTB (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=64626) is the best way to increase your chances of having a lucid. It helps with recall, DILD, and WILD.

      Thanks for the quiz Shift.

Very helpful and confirms what I've thought.

      I'll work on it.

      Thanks Robot-butler.

I'm looking forward to the first lucid dream.

Still working on lucidity on a regular basis.

I remember the dreams, and many times they have meaning I can apply to life.

What effect would depression have on lucidity?

Unless you're taking meds for your depression, I can't see how it would really limit your ability to dream. As long as you're dreaming, you have the possibility of becoming lucid. If you start to lose sleep or focus, you could get a bit screwed up.

I think a better question is, "What effect does lucidity have on depression?" Maybe it can help cheer you up
