      Intro & Questions

Hello, im am interested in lucid dreaming but i have some questions i want answered before i begin learning. Will your phobias follow you into the dream?(afraid of heights etc.), and will you be able to feel anything, like the wind blowing in your face, or pain?. I have also had a few experiences where i could control the dream, moderately of course. I have also been able to remember some dreams, does this help in learning?.

Your fears will probably carry over to the dream world. You'll have to see for yourself if they do, and if they do, a dream would be a good place to overcome them, no?

You will be able to experience all five senses in the smallest detail.

Being able to remember your dreams is very important. If you want to recognize the dream state, you'll have to know what it's like. Being able to remember your dreams will help with this. You can keep a dream journal to improve dream recall.
