Hello, I can't tell you the best technique and neither can anyone else. You'll have to find out for yourself what works best for you. Have a look around the tutorial section. You'll find most of the techniques there. I'd start trying DILD and MILD. Vividness varies from person to person and from dream to dream. I've had dreams that were just as realistic as waking life, but also dark dreams without a lot of detail. Good luck to you.

I'd really recommenced reading up on WILDing, as honestly it's the only way you truly control whether or not you have a lucid dream. Being more specific, the "CANWILD" technique, which when carried out correctly, has an outstanding success rate! Good to see you've joined, and I hope you enjoy your stay!
