      Exclamation New guy in town...

      Hey guys,
I've been doing this for about two months or so..
I've had a couple of Lucid Dreams...the first one was on the 18th day...
Later on... I was progressing and so I had them each weekend.. yes,it is kinda weird...I'm a student and so each weekend I would wake up at about 4-6 (usual time I wake up at weekdays, it was simply a habit)I would then get back to sleep and that's when I would have Lucid Dreams...
When my exams came,I had no time to concentrate on things such as simple reality checks and completing a dream journal...and so I no longer had lucid dreams...After the exams,I was quite lazy to start over from scratch...
      I'm now,however,planning to do so...
I'd be happy to accept any suggestions or help,as I'm still a newbie...
      Thanks,
      Sam

      Hey Sam, Welcome to DV!
Multiple lucids in the first couple months? It sounds like you're a natural!
You'll find that the DV community is very encouraging. There is also a tutorial section if you want to study up on some of the various methods of achieving lucidity.
      Best luck with your journey,
      -Jamal

You should be lucid again in no time. I'm sure it will be easier now that you know what works for you. The early morning Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) is awesome!

      Yes, i should...
The thing is ...to perform WBTB,you need to stay awake for one hour,if I'm not mistaken, but I simply woke up to get water or something...then went back to sleep...
      Does this count as WBTB?

      Hey,
Thanks...but the problem is I would only get a Lucid Dream at the weekends, when I'm able to go back to sleep after waking up early...

MY guess is that you are doing the CAT method. It usually involves a uniform sleeping schedule then for a week you wake up 1.5hr earlier than usual, do RC/5min for 90min. After that week, you can sleep and go back to your schedule and you should get a good amount of LDs BTW, welcome to dreamviews
