      Talking Been lurking awhile

I first came across this forum a long time ago, and read a little, was interested, but got distracted with life. Lately I've been reading about lucid dreaming again and I figured this would be a good place to talk about it! I've been recording my dreams on my iPod for about 3 days now. It works well because I can do it easily and it works well into my morning routine.

So far I'm remembering about 2-3 dreams a night, but have yet to achieve any awareness in my dreams. I've been doing various reality checks when things seem weird throughout the day but I have yet to do one in a dream. Anyways, that's about it. Looking forward to achieving lucidity!

      Welcome.

A suggestion: When you recall your dreams in the morning (try to set a small amount of time aside for each time after you wake imo), make strong notes to yourself that you will not be "caught up" in each specific happening again.

Will associate dream signs and increase expectation of awareness.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
