Hello, Ok, heres the deal:
I usually dream a couple of hours before I wake up. And even on weekend, I'll break from lucidity, and wake up, because I have a strong feeling that I should be awake or i'm gonna miss the bus or something. Is there any way to help with this? I'll try going to bed earlier to get more rest, so I wont have as much trouble getting up as I do?
Are day dreams sort of lucid dreams? When i have day dreams, I am aware of what i'm doing, and loose complete trace of my physical body, You could probably come 1 millimter away from my face and I wouldnt move.....am i just wierd? is this a sort of meditation? It happens a lot when I'm stressed and is sort of relaxing. Usually starts with the question What If? and Theories begin to pur in until I'm lost in my mind. Sometime I'll be in it for so long, My eyes will be completly dried out, and it takes like 4 minutes for my eyes to stop watering. other times they'll be closed. Or am I just falling asleep with my eyes open? 
Also, here's my theory, When I use a sense more in lucid dreaming, Such as focusing more on the sounds around me rather than looking around to know whats going on, My hearing seems to be a bit better in the day? Is it because I'm more aware of my senses? Or am I just being paranoid.
