      I Have A Question

Last night before I went to sleep I was listening to some music and closed my eyes (I'm pretty sure I didn't fall asleep because I was still listening to the song) and I got very relaxed/tingling and started to spin sideways(which was cool but a little uncomfortable) but when I opened my eyes/move any part of my body the spinning stopped. So was that Sleep Paralysis or something else.

In the past, I've got into what I believe was SP. I started to feel movement, like I was being pulled into a certain direction. I then fell asleep and got lucid shortly after. If it was SP, moving or opening your eyes will kill it. Tingling sometimes occurs in SP, too.

It may not have been SP though. Possibly disorientation. Ever been on a boat, or in a wave pool, then later that night it feels like you are swaying? Yeah.

You could have also experienced some Out of Body type experiences.

I think you were probabibly in the transition phase of a WILD. This is when your body starts to enter a dream. This transition is felt by most but not all.

It could have been early hypnagogic hallucinations (HH). Stay still awhile longer and you might get a WILD.

Yeah Zebrah said it, but Hidden pretty much hit the hammer on the head.

You may find the link useful, and maybe some other tutorials.
