      Question What now?

Hello DV ^.^, I have a quick question for any one with an answer. 4 days ago I found out about lucid dreaming, and this site. After 3 days of doing RC's every 30 minutes or so, keeping a dream journal, and always being "aware," I had my first lucid dream. Now my question is, is what do i do now? If i keep up what I am doing now, will I be able to become lucid in more dreams the more I do this stuff? Or is there other things I should be doing. Eventually, I want to learn to become lucid in every dream, I am not even worried about how long it will take, because I know I WILL get there one day. Basically, im trying to ask, what things I should be doing everyday or just idk anything I need to be doing to become lucid almost every night.

      -Thanks!

If you had your first LD in 3 days, you are doing very well!
Keep your DJ, RCs and your awareness. Also, take a look in the techniques to attain lucidity, like WILD, DEILD, MILD... It will help you a lot!

Yeah, WILD is quite a difficult technique, I've never managed to do it. But DEILD is a variation of WILD, and is much easier. I recommend you try it. I had about 2 LDs with DEILD.
