      Question Advice For Mastering DILD

Just wondering what exactly might help me have more DILDs. I keep a dream journal and do reality checks but just wanting anything that might add. Thanks in advance! Also, when I wake up I usually remember one dream fully and then fragments of other dreams. Is that enough?

Remebering at least one dream a night is good. Try asking yourself the question "Am I dreaming?" 5-10 times a day and you will ask yourself that in your dreams too.

Make sure to identify your dream signs... I dream about driving a bus and and go to a specific mall every night. Chances are you dream about common themes as well. Identifying your dream signs and reality check whenever you see them in real life will help a lot. Other than that... Tell yourself " I am going to bed. When I wake up I will likely be in a dream. Next time that I am conscious I will be dreaming. I will have a lucid dream tonight." anything like that. I find I'm more likely to DILD when I make affirmations before sleep.

I heard WBTB method works. It's just waking up at night, then going back to sleep. Every time you wake up at night you should make affirmations about doing reality checks.

My best advice is to be patient. It took me months to have a solid lucid. Don't stop what you're doing now though, and hopefully you'll get lucid soon.

Thanks for the tip. I usually notice that my gf is a reoccuring DC in my dreams. It will seem stupid to do a RC in front of her but I will My Dream Guide usually pops up but only when I'm lucid so he doesn't help
