      Newbie Thomas

      Hi,

      My name is Thomas & I'm 31 years old. Many years ago I read an magazine article about LD, I tried it but it didnt work that well so I stopped doing the exercises but I saved the article. Last months there's some stuff in my life I get nightmares from, I took the magazine article back & started the exercices again. I want to get rid of the nightmares because my day life is complicated enough & I don't want to dream about it. Off course I want to do all the fun stuff too.

      I already flew (short flight but I did it) that was fun

      Congrats of flying , if you're able to do taht so quickly, you shouldn't have any problem doing anything.

      Thanks for all the welcome replies. I think I could fly that quickly because I'm not completely starting from zero. The magazine article I saved is from 1996 (Humo for the Belgians) but internet wasnt like it is now, so I hadnt the feedback, now I can use this forum to get answers to my questions.
      It's been very long since I had nightmares. Even when my dream isnt lucid, I become more assertive.
      Last but not least: this website & forum are really awesome
