Reintroduction

I have not really posted in a long time. There are so many new members I thought I would reintroduce myself. I have been lucid dreaming for approximately 39 years (started at age 6). I never tried to LD it just happened. I had a teacher in my dreams from the very beginning that taught me the basics of controlling the dream body as well as other dream abiliities (shapeshifting, experimentation with textures, etc). After many years my challenge was to not LD because I missed the randomness of just letting things happen. I was able to develop the ability allow myself to enjoy the dream state without controlling every detail by mimicing the duality of RL.
