Hello,

First let me thank the moderators and everbody who have contribute to create that forum and improve the world of lucid dreaming to the point that a newbie like can come and quickly learn to fly or spank some famous politic figures

A friend told me about lucid dreaming a year ago and i decided 6 months later to buy a book of Stephen laberge and give it a try. I improved greatly my dreams recall but eventually failled to follow tough as i had to much work to do and not enough willingness at that time.

I am a 25 years old proud male and live in Switzerland.

I m currently at the point to try to get lucid, i have done the dream journal task for a litle more than a months by now. I m mostly learning at the moment and applying without much succes the techniques to get lucid.
