When I was first playing around with different induction techniques I had a similar problem, I found using the HILD technique more effective if you use it in combination with the WBTB method. If you've had slightly less sleep than you usually get you shouldn't have any problem falling back asleepas yuo'll still be tired, plus you're more likely to go straight (or very quickly) into the REM period of sleep while the hypnotic intention is still fresh in your mind. |
