      Hey :)

I've been interested in lucid dreaming for quite a while now ( 1 year infact ) but my interest tends to come at high and low points . Recently, however i've been having quite a success concerning LDs and my interest has shot way back up. One thing i do need to work on though is my dream recall.. i find that if i do think about my dreams i will remember them but most the time i just forget to do that and roll out of bed.
As of yet most of my success has come from DILDs from random things in dreams that made me ask myself if i was dreaming or not. Reality checks have actually become quite a habit for me and i dont know why they're not being incorporated into my dreams as a habit :/ Maybe something to do with the lazy recall and just not remembering them?
I came to dreamviews because from what I've seen it's a very useful and informative site and I was hoping on some advice on where i should go from now? which techniques would you recommend?

I have somehow managed a WILD but am pretty confused to as how I did it.. I remember falling asleep(normally) then the next thing i remember is that im viewing my room; but as a really clear image in my imagination.. i remembered reading about WILD and decided to try rolling out of bed.. sure enough I did a reality check and I was dreaming.. that led to one of the most vivid and exciting lucid dreams of my life and makes up most of the reason I am so eager to get back into it.

So which direction would you guys point me in?

Hey, that's great that your interest in LD is back up, and that you've had some success!

Do you keep a dream journal? Dream journals have been the best way that I could have ever increased my recall, and are also very helpful in many ways.
