Thread: My introduction

first lucid dream but I couldn't remember the details, I just could remember I was dreaming while dreaming. The second I was walking outside of a hospital and I have a fear of ledges from building falling on me, not a huge fear, but still a fear. And the ledges started falling down very close to me but never hitting me. After I got away I realized that everyone around me was acting normal like nothing happened and that building always seemed to have falling ledges in my dreams. Suddenly I realized it was a dream but I almost couldn't believe it. Everything was soo real looking. I almost thought I was awake for a minute. So I decided it was a good time to do a reality test. So I studied my hands and tried to push my thumb through my hands. My hands didnt look right so I knew I was dreaming. And my thumb went right through my hand. But then everything got extremely blurry. Fearing waking up I remember that spinning was suposed to help you but forgot that it when you stop your in a completely different spot than you where before so when I stopped I was shocked to find out I was in a jungle. So shocked in fact that I blacked out and lost lucidity. So That was my introduction and I hope to have alot to post in the future.
