I've read here and there about people setting timers to induce lucidty and even SP. I suppose WBTB would be an example, but are there any techniques people use at random or shorter/longer spaced intervals? What tones or cues do some of you use that do this? |

SP happens every time you dream. If it didn't you would act out your dreams on your bed. I don't really know about tones to get you lucid but check out the CAN-WILD I think it has something to do with that. |
