      Problems

Hello here. my name is Matt I m 23 from UK. originally from LT. I m a new here.
      anyways
yesterday I found out about Lucid dreaming so I got really interested and was reading loath about it and how it works and last night it was my first go. yeah well it didnt go very well. and here is my story from which I need advice please.
I have had Lucid dreams before many years ago which I could not explane I could do anything I want but it stopt. dont know why. anyways I have a problem from small years which is a strange sound like peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and something approaches me with that sound and I m all paralyzed can do nothing just starting hard breathing then the sound sort of disappearing slowly. crazy ha maybe is something like Lucid reaming dont know. and I have the weird dreams ever nobody dreams like I do.
so yeah last time I put my alarm to get up after 6hours of sleep do my 30min non sleep and go sleep and try to get my lucid dreaming , but I got up after like 4 hours before I got up I was dreaming. so I thought as well I try to to lucid dreaming and when I m trying to do that dreaming that sound comes back with something approaching me and I was all paralyzed could not do nothing and this time it was worse then any other time in my 23years. first it got on my bed then it got on my shoulder which really freak me out and I sort of moved my hand and I opened my eyes I was totally freak't out.
so that's that. maybe it sounds funny to you but to me I just cant get rid of it..
anyways so eventually I gone to sleep and got up from alarm clock after like 1 hour did my 10min no sleep and was trying to do lucing dreaming again. which was pain in but. outside it was light already birds making noises it was hard to concentrate. but in the end I got it but got back to dream I was dreaming and I was not fully controlling I was way to busy fighting other guys and the half dog and cat thing.
anyways here is my story thanks for reading. got to go to work now.. ; /
      any advices ? ty

What you described about the buzzing in your ears and not being able to move is sleep paralysis. Look at the WILD technique.

Sorry for the double post but people who read email and then respond sometimes don't see edits.

What you described is you wanted to proform the WILD technique but I think in your reading you missed WILD is When you froze you were in sleep paralysis which is a part of the WILD. And you also don't need to WILD to have lucid dreams. You can do DILD, MILD, other wild technques like, FILD, VILD, SD-WILD. Or WBTB which you can do after naturaly waking up.

hey man thank for reply. I knew about WILD thing.
the thing is that I had this buzzing from right young years like 4 or something like that.. and how would you describe the thing walking on my bed and then on my shoulder?
I know it might sound stupid or what ever but when I was like 7years old I had same thing and when I opened my eyes close to the bed was some sort of half black half red glowing in red some sort of rat. and that what I think is always was sneaking me up in night time lol. I know what you think I m not crazy yo and not talking crap I m just saying what I saw and whats happening. I don't know man, even with out trying to do anything I just wake up in night time and this buzzing in my ears starting to appear. you know what I m saying ?
      thank you again. \
I would like to hear more reply's about it please people..

I don't think your crazy sleep paralysis can include; sounds, open eye halucinations, feelings of weight.

Beyond that I cannot really help you. Unless you go
      into more detail of course.

it looks like you know about this things so for me this is the smartest answer I ever herd and I believe in it that what probably it is the feelings of weight that was my biggest worry.
I shall try the 3rd eye technique tonight and dont pay any attention to buzzing and feeling's of weight.
I m practicing the 3rd eye technique right now not easy. any advice maybe ? if I m not interrupting ya to much..
      ty man.

Oh no your not interuping. If I didn't have time I wouldn't have posted. Remeber WILD can be very different for everyone. Many will have a feeling of weight on their chest like some one sitting on them. Some feel nothing and just go into the dream. And it can change from attempt to attempt.

The third eye technique your speaking of is the on where you immagine a white light inbetween your eyebrows correct? I haven't tried this much but one night I did feel as if my third eye was trying to open. I don't know if I beleive in that but it was an incredable feeling. And I also opened my eyes and saw a lot of color. And I felt my forehead and it seemed there was a strong pulsation/vibration there. My recomendation is to be patient and stick with it. Also listen to the song third eye by tool. I like the line "prying open my third eye" because that's what it feels like. That's completly optional though

Not to be mean but I didn't really understand your second paragraph. English is not your native language huh?And no it's not like anything people can see it's a feeling. I have never opened my third eye so I don't know if it is real. If you are going to try this methood you need to be prepared for the possibility.

The feeling of weight is hard to deal with some times. WILDing can be very different so don't expect to feel that weight. You need to realise it's all in your head. If you think you can deal with the possibility of these things keep trying to WILD. Here is a list of certain things you might experience.

      Vibrations
      Noise
      Open eye halucination
      Whispers in your ear
      Weight on your body
      Waving back and forth
      floating out of your body
      Fealings of movement/speed
      Closed eye halucinations
fealing as though you are smaller or larger then you are

      And more

I find WILDing to be very fun. I enjoy the feelings I get. I have only gone into a lucid dream from WILD twice.

you can see why this scares some people.

you got it all right what I mean't. and yeah I m not English but I m trying my best here. sorry if I make mistakes.
anyways last night was a really crap night.
I gone sleep 10:30pm. set my alarm at 4 am to try 3rd eye technique.
got up about 2am which was weird so I vent for 3rd eye technique and it was so bad man. could not go back to sleep because I was to much concentrated on holding (looking) my eyes in between my eye browns and trying to imagine the sun or any light which I could not control in my imagination its always moving spinning around I just cant keep it still. so because I was doing all that concentration I just could not go to sleep. so after 10minustes I just left it and vent back to sleep.
got up at my alarm time 4am was trying again and I guess after 1min I just felt a sleep.
and tried this morning when I got up it just didn't work it got on my nerves eventually....
      any advice?

Hey don't worry about your English it was just that one section. WILDing can take anywhere from 1min-60min or more. I am not an expert on WILDing but here are some tips.

Find when your rem period is for most people it is 5-6 hours after falling asleep not 3/a half hours.

After you get that figured out experiment with how long you should stay up before falling asleep (WILDing) again.

And be patient it can take a while to learn. It took me a lot of work to have two WIlDs.

Your welcome You know even with WILD it is inportant to keep a dream journal. Trust me I have forgotten parts of my WILD attempt. It's good to do WILD and DILD at the same time. That way you can get more LDs. Also stick with lucid dreaming. It's so much fun. Although it is hard at first. I'm about 4 months into this lucidity attempt. And I am happy I'm stiking with it this long. Of course that's your choice

Man I still think WILD wold be something really freaky for me. I'm trying to get the courage to do it, but hallucinations, random weight on your body, third eye, they all sound a little too much for me to handle.

Yeah the third eye thing is completely optional. As for the other WILD stuff that's kinda freaky. I think if you expect it it's not a big deal. An remeber you might not feel anythig.

Ya and I might feel like I'm being dipped in a volcano over and over again. It's kinda like if someone approaches you with a tazer and says don't worry, I might not taze you.

I m interested in doing meditation and gaining energy from space or what ever. but I m smoker and i so somewhere that if you smoke meditation dont really work for you.. is that true? do I have to be totally clean inside? I mean I think it doesn't really matter does it?
I think I need to do some third eye meditation which would help me in third eye WILD thing..
      what you think?

I haven't read that anywhere. Infact smoking can be considered a form of meditiation (though I don't endorse it) Because you breathe deeply when you smoke it can give you a calming feeling. As long as you can proform deep breaths you should be good.
