      I had my first lucid dream yesterday.

      I don't remember it exactly but then all of a sudden in the dream i say to myself, wait a minute this isnt real, im in a dream, and i actually got excited in the dream that i was actually in a lucid dream, and ive been wanting to go to this place for quite a while, its a home country, and then suddenly im transported there, and i try to fly but couldnt really fly..i remember i was playin some sort of game with these other ppl in a underground subway kind of place

      it was awesome

      Congratulations, looks like you had a fun time. I've had about 2-3 lucid dreams so far, but they were too small and ended pretty quickly. And they appear without me doing anything at all, they just come once every 5-8 months...

      thats cool, nowone really flies on their first LD, theres kind of a knack to it that you have to learn.

      cool feeling no?

      just drill this into your mind one day, spend half an hour just sittign down repeating it to yourself;

      'when i have another lucid dream i WILL shout "INCREASE LUCIDITY!!!" as loud as i can'

      it works, when your in a LD just yell that at the top of your lungs (lucid lungs) and youll see evrything with much more clarity and consciouss thought, since when you first enter an LD your mind is a lil fuzzy from realizing it.
