hey i recently became interested in lucid dreaming and have a few questions. when people say they remember 3 or 4 dreams a night do they remember them all upon waking in the mornin or do they wake up in between each dream and record it. i had 3 last night, non lucid, and i woke up between each and recorded them, sort of a pain in terms of sleep. also i tried the WILD 2 nights in a row, didnt work probably because i get too excited and cant fall asleep, but i also did not have any dreams those two nights or for 2 nights after, little strange. any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
