      Mindless?

      Hello DV, I have a quick question today for any one with an answer lol. Almost everyday I as a person don't really have a whole lot of "thought" I just sort of subconsciously do the things I need to do, if I am in the car, I'm not really thinking im just sort of enjoying the ride, its hard to explain but my question is, is this "non-thinking" brain activity bad, good, or just doesn't matter?

      Well, I suppose that you have to make yourself start to think about what you do. Be aware of where you are and how you got there. If you don't know, then it should be a dream .
