      WILD problems

After much contemplation in my head i have decided that i may aswell try the WILD, due to lack of time and i can take afternoon naps

I relax, get myself comfortable then try it, immediately when i close my eyes i can see little red and blue dots, although if i focus on these, they kinda disperse and go away, after this i can kinda feel my body slipping away and going numb, but everytime this happens i like stop breathing, then like 2 seconds later i need to breath(for obvious reasons) and then my body doesnt feel numb anymore. Rinse and Repeat.

      Any help?

Thats the same thing i get.

I start to feel totally numb and my head feels like its going up and under the bed.

But eventually i cant stand not moving or i have to breathe and it fades away.

They say you get that right before you go lucid but i cant seem to get past this.

Yeah it's the same, as soon as i try to breathe it all just dissapates and im back to square one, really annoying, especially since it's so annoying to get comfy and relaxed again =/

I've had this happen to me. At that point I've read you're already in a dream state you just need to roll out of bed.

This can be risky however because if you NOT dreaming you just wasted all that time. But if it is a dream then.. well that's awesome

Next time that happens do an RC like trying to put your tongue through the roof of your mouth or teeth while clenched. Similar to the finger-through-hand RC
