On weekdays I generally go to bed between 9 and 11 pm depending on whether or not I will try a WILD.
I didn't try anything crazy Thursday night, but I did try the technique to lay down on the uncomfortable ground, and get back in bed just to see the effects. I thought I slept pretty good, but I didn't have a sensible SP. I was groggy at work, and I was originally going to take a nap around 9 pm to go workout late at night around 11 or so. But I ended up being too tired, and I stayed in bed from 9 30- 4 am.

I sat up and pretty much did nothing until 5 am when I got some breakfast. I ate it, and sat around doing until 6 am. At 6ish I decided to get back in bed. I listened to this Deep Sleep mp3. The youtube vid with fractals (It was posted in the Lucid Aids section) is a fragment of this hour long mp3 that supposed to put a person in deep delta sleep.
I listened to it for 17 minutes, and went back to bed with some shades on my eyes. I had a sensible SP that I resisted a little, but then sort of let it run its course a bit. It seemed partial because I had two short lucid dreams, and then an EPIC lucid dream that was long, vivid, and had some of my greatest bouts of control. The F-16 thing from my first LD may be my dream sign too, because once again: I flew one. LOL

So what technique did I do in a sense? I wasn't really trying because I didn't think it would work, but I feel it was either a oddly timed WILD or a poorly done CAT. lol

Also: Does anyone else feel that audio aids somehow get weaker in ability over time? Like you have to mix it up or the body gets used to what you are sending it?
