      Quick Question about audio aids

      Hey, I've been trying to look at all angles of LDing, and I've come across a good deal of audio aids for LDing. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to use any of these to good effect, and if so, what kinds? I know there's a lot of them that focus on hypnotism (i'm a bit skeptical, but openminded,) Binaural recordings, and subliminal messaging.

      If anyone has any information, past experience, or specific recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated.

      Just a note, hynotism is just a state of relaxation. Except it takes a while nad is deep so your focus is only on one thing. Just to clear it up, it really isn't that unbalievable. Anyway, as for me, audio has never really helped me much, but I know it can help others alot. Just depends on the person. There was ONE mp3 that helps me a great deal, you can find it here-> http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=35033 mostly because it gets me excited, then relaxes me, all while telling me I am dreaming. Great for wbtb's in my oppinion. This is the only one that has ever helped me, binural beats make me feel wierd, but they never induce lucids for me. Hope this info helped at least a little.

      I never really tried these things. Once a long time ago, I recorded my voice saying this is a dream about half way through a blank cassette tape. Hoping I would hear it in my dream And get Lucid.

      I did get Lucid the first time I tried it, but I didn't remember hearing the tape.
      I had no way of knowing if the tape got me Lucid, or if I just got Lucid on my own.

      Other times I tried it, it just woke me up.

      The ones called subliminal lucid worked very well for me. They are in the repository above this thread.
