sleep paralyzation or something else?

Okay well I used to be ok with experiencing sleep paralyzation occasionally before I have a WILD but it's gotten weird!!! Before it felt like I was going through a rollercoaster ride and then it becomes silent and bam! I just know I'm lucid dreaming. I haven't been lding for a while but there are times when I go to sleep and feel a scary sensation and think if I just go through with it I'll go into a lucid dream but I snap out of it because it's just too freaky. Like this one time, i felt a rocky sensation and then I felt something was stroking the top of my head and tucking my hair behind my ears! that was freaky :S could it be something else other than SP?

That's so common that we gave it a name. At DV we call her The Old Hag. How your sleep paralysis feels can change constantly. Sometimes it feels like a roller coaster, sometimes you don't feel anything, sometimes you feel The Old Hag. No one knows how to determine which you will get, so just keep doing it.

Ew, I never new about The Old Hag. But I've had the roller coaster thing plenty.
