Hi. I was mindlessly surfing around DV a few days ago, and I came by this really genius post your accent thread . But then I thought: "what about all the DreamViewers who do not speak English very good/don't have an particular accent?"

And that why I'm making this thread!

I'm going to be unoriginal and take the same bit of text as the other thread. From the book Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban:

The Firebolt

This state-of-the art racing broom sports a stream-lined, superfine handle of ash, treated with a diamond-hard polish and hand-numbered with its own registration number.

Pew pew. Own translation, doesn't make much justice, but I don't have that book. I didn't think much about how fluent it is. About accent it is hard to say... accents don't work that easily in Finnish since you practically write it totally different too if you want to.. I can try later to put it in Savonian accent, just for comparison.

There's two accents as far as I know of, the Dutch accent and the Flemish accent. The most infamous difference being the dutch hard G. Wich we Flemish don't have, we have a soft G.
