One 200mg tablet per day, with a meal, as indicated on the directions. It has been improving my dream recall, just look at how long my Sep 2 entry was!

Bright yellow pee is one of the side-effects of taking B vitamins. It indicates that your body has used the amount it needs and is dumping the rest. No alarm as B vitamins are water soluble. With fat soluble vitamins you need to pay attention to the recommended dosage so as to avoid toxic build up, for example, Vitamin D.

Green poop? It may be possible but I've never heard of it before.

Green poop is an indication of a couple of things, either an overproduction of bile or your food is passing through your small intestines too quickly.

hahah!! man ive had green poop before

on saint patricks day (my dad is super irish, his names patrick for god sakes)
annyways, my mom went to albertsons or something and bought a bunch of huuuge green shamrock cookies with green sprinkles, i being 6 and wanting sugar liek no other, ate about 4 of these

next morning, i pinched off a loaf in the toilet, and i looked at it, and holy shit, it was green, im not talking subtle green either

      im talking a solid green

i of course, showed everyone in my house and demanded them to take a picture, but they flushed my masterpiece down the toilet
my signature was much much too much.

Sounds as if you drank Contaminated water. Red Wine Dis-Colours the Poop. As for B6.......I doubt it.

Quite right, especially when you make your own and sample it before fermentation has completed!

Hmm, I wonder if it was the Waffle House coffee... I can'tthink of anything else different aout my diet. And I drink bottled water. I have heard of it being caused by a surplus of vitamin intake, though. That's why I assumed it was the B6. I guess I'll see if it goes away soon. I also quit caffene for the most part, so it might be a while before I have evidence.

Green poo is something to be proud of and should be put on a place where as much people as possible can see it so that everybody can enjoy it's warm green glow.

I have taken as much as 800 mgs and have not noticed any glowing. P.S. I know the balance of B vitamins have to be monitored and it cannot be done that often. I consulted my health food store expert and he said it would not hurt. I also take a B complex about the same time to prevent an imbalance.

Manifest blue poo, and you are clearly the chosen one.
If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

Bloody poop can also be a sign of colon cancer, so you should get it checked out by a doctor if you see blood in your stool. Some illnesses in babies gives them green or even blue-green poop. But another source of blue poop in children is more innocent: it can come from eating a concentrated source of blue food coloring such as ice cream. Intense red food coloring can produce bright red poop. Sometimes brightly colored foods pass through the gut almost unchanged, and the turd may be speckled with bright red fragments such as pimentos, or bright yellow kernels of corn.
      * *Poop can also be stained red if you eat beets, according to Ellen.
      * *One can experience white poop after consuming a barium milkshake for the purposes of getting an x-ray of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

amounts above several hundred times the RDA (about 2mg) has been known to cause serious side affects. 100-200mg is fine.

Too much vitamin B6 can result in nerve damage to the arms and legs. This neuropathy is usually related to high intake of vitamin B6 from supplements, [28] and is reversible when supplementation is stopped. According to the Institute of Medicine, \"Several reports show sensory neuropathy at doses lower than 500 mg per day\" [12]. As previously mentioned, the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine has established an upper tolerable intake level (UL) for vitamin B6 of 100 mg per day for all adults [12]. \"As intake increases above the UL, the risk of adverse effects increases [12].\" [/b]
i decided to try b6 to increase the vividness of my dreams, but only after a night where i drank a red bull right before i went to sleep and had ridiculously vivid dreams all through the night.

"At 250% of your daily B6 intake, Red Bull contains 2.5 mg of B6. The FDA has set the safe intake for B6 at 100mg/day. Studies indicate that damage to nerves in the arms and legs occurs before the 500 mg mark."

for the past couple of nights i've taken 100mg right before sleep, it doesn't seem to affect my dreams at all...so appearently it wasn't the b6 that caused the vivid dreams that night.

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
