Score = 4 It would be helpful and more accurate if there were gradations built into the questions so that it doesn't force a simple yes/no answer. I personally tend to have fairly instantaneous/instinctual stress reactions to situations, but because I recognize them for what they are (unproductive and unhealthy), I consciously calm myself. That's not the same as not having those reactions, though, nor is it as unhealthy as allowing those reactions to persist. Eh, free online tests aren't supposed to be that accurate anyway, I suppose.
