I've just cooked my first batch of pancakes, in EVER.

Now, they did not turn out bad, not bad at all for my first time. I just know I could do better

I'm just curious to know how people make theirs.

You know, a tsp of lemon here, 2 tsp of vanilla there, a sprinkle of paprika all over... WHATEVER.

      Pancakeburgers?

      What a novel Idea!

      Wait... McDonalds already does that...

      But I don't!

      I'll have to try that.

I'm not trying to be funny, but buying them from a shop has to be the best.

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.

      Haha! Thanks.

I haven't been this excited about experimentation with food since I discovered pan-popped popcorn.

I've only made pancakes once, and it was in an eighth grade Home Ec/Family Studies class.

They were terrible because I think our group mixed up baking powder and baking soda.

Well yes, I could buy them at the store, that's the easiest way.

But, when you have large boxes of Bisquik, why not have in the process of preparing to nourish yourself?

Man, microwave ones ARE good, but what if you wanted to add some chocolate chips to the mix, huh?

      Well, WHAT DO YOU THEN!

      ...

I know, Eggo sells some with chocolate chips in the mix...

Eh, I haven't experimented with pancakes much. I don't hate them, but they're not always my favorite to eat... unless I'm at Denny's. For some reason they're better there.

Try adding diced up fruit to your mix, especially berries (raspberries, blackberries) if you can get a hold of them. That sounds good.

I made my first pancake like 5 years ago.

It was cool. That is all I can say really.

I either make them with nothing fancy added, or I mix in anything that's in season. For example, the holidays are coming, so I'd add cinnamon and egg nog to the batter.

      I made pancakes once...
An hour later me and my friends used them for Paintball Target practice. Saved us a lot of plates from being broken.

If you're interested in actually making a pancake, i suggest you buy some mix (like aunt jeminma buttermilk...my personal fav). it's really easy, just add as much water to it that you think you'll need (just dont make it too thick). next take out a pan and melt a bit of butter on it. pour the batter on the pan with your stove on medium heat. you know when one side is done when you see some bubbles popping at the top. Flip it for a minuteor two and there you go, pancakes! i also suggest adding things to the mix such as chocolate chips, blueberries or smarties!
