      If you would've spoken Japanese fluently i would've probably driven you crazy asking you a trillion times to teach me.

      I wish i could speak Japanese, but unfortunately at the moment i only know random useless sentences like "This is my friend's book" and "I'm cuter than you" which obviously wouldn't get me very far. I tried calligraphy so i do know how some syllables and numbers for instance should be written, but i can't produce anything sensible though.

      I am always at a loss for the right wording when I attempt to explain the understanding of abstract art.
      This is a great proverb. So much emphasis is put on our visual perspective that we often loose something in the process. That is unless we realize exactly what Aristotle is saying.

      A poem my friend recently gave me.
      Appearance and Reality

      To appear wise, one must talk;
      To be wise, one must listen.

      To appear to do good, one must be busy;
      To do good, one must know when to stand aside.

      To appear to lead, one must put oneself first;
      To lead, one must put oneself last.

      To appear caring, one must give advice;
      to be caring, one must give space.

      To appear to love, one must know how to give;
      To love, one must know also how to receive.
      To appear happy one must smile;
      To be happy, one must be free with tears.

      Haven't posted any for days, so here's three to make up for it:

      "The most intense conflicts, if overcome, leave behind a sense of security and calm that is not easily disturbed. It is just these intense conflicts and their conflagration which are needed to produce valuable and lasting results." Carl Jung

      Well Oneironaught, that does simplify things. My dog does seem more happy than I.
