At least some people find a way to express it without having to please everyone around them, which sometimes can be even more devastating! Why do you make fun of that? Because you're probably just as insecure as emos and need to do it for some comfort instead of having long hair and black clothes while not bothering anyone.

Emo people in general can be a little strange, but I find emo girls to be very attractive sometimes. I wouldn't want them to change.

only very few people turn emo because they are depressed. I mean, wwhen your depressed, you dont magically startplaying NES and listening to emo bands and all of the other emo steriotypes. somewhere between being depressed and being emo, you have to tell yourself you want to be emo and adapt the emo lifestyle. there is no one that follows the emo steriotype naturally. the reason i hate emos is because if there were no emos, there wouldnt be more and more showing up. people would actually have good tastes in music and there wouldn't be as many people wearing black and acting like their life is horrible (when in most cases for emos, it isnt.) and i hate them because they choose to be whiney when they wouldn;'t have to whine so much if they weren't emo. If you cry naturally, its still annoying, but not as annoying as people who force theirself to whine just to fit in.

The only people more annoying than emos complaining about their life are people complaining about emos. P.S.: What's this 'scene' shit all about? To me it just seems like a new name given to an old trend in order to try and save it's reputation (like how ESP was changed to Remote Viewing after ESP was generally dismissed by the public as a hoax).

Meh im getting angry that i think im starting to become emo- if you have seen me on DV Chat then you will know. Any ideas on how to stop this? that is a stupid, stupid, stupid thing to worry about. don't waste your time on it. it's just a label. it means nothing. if you like the style, then you like the style. putting on the clothes isn't going to MAKE you EMO. you're simply an individual that likes the emo style. are you worried certain people will think you are because of what you wear? don't ever be afraid of doing what you like because of something as insignificant as a label. what about you is "becoming emo" that you're afraid of (if not the style)? do you mean literally emotional? that's normal, if you're about the age i suspect you are, and in that case you shouldn't worry about it.
