Yeah, but the reason for all of this was some test at school.

That kid was supposed to be the big smart math kid in their grade, and my sister smoked him in this test.
Now he's doing his best to make her life a living hell.

What do you mean by a message?

EGG HIS HOUSE!! or just give him a good scare, or embarrase him, go talk to his parent.

Something along the lines of 'I'm bigger than you, leave my sister alone'
Just a warning. Or else intervene when you see him doing something bad. That will have the added bonus of making you look like a hero

Egging and beating are both bad answers. A stern warning is acceptable.

maybe dont beat him but do slam him into a wall or something. Assuming she is a younger sister and so this kis is small compared to you, you can just do the "Im soo much stronger then you i could rip of your arms" kinda routine. Do i did to that younger girl that was annoying me when i was 11(yeah im not proud but i got sooo pissed and no one would control her because somehow her ebing younger means she can have no fault.)

Basicly wait until you see him in school(if u go to the same one) with some friends. Grab him and walk him into the wall really fast and be really stern. Say to him " You upset my sister again, your going through this wall". That'll mean he gets your point of view on the matter but you haven't injured him at all. You've also sent the message to his friends that if they try anything, the rivers will run red with their blood!

I wouldn't touch him physically because he can easily file for harassment. Go up to him, though, and tell him, "I don't ever want to hear that you've been harassing my sister." Don't attack him, though, unless he attacks you first, and don't egg him on into a fight. You don't want to get into trouble, yourself.

Did your sister tell the school what happened or was it you? If it wasn't you, then she needs to tell them herself, or at least tell a teacher or administrator who will listen to her.

ya good idea, humilate him infront of his freinds. That will work better then beating him in some deserted alleyway.

Also egging sounds like a good idea. like the same day you humilate him so that he will know its you. but will have nothign to go on.

I can't really talk to his parents, as he is going to my sister's school next year and would make her next 3 years hell.

I think I'll just do something like TP his house at night, as crisscross said.
If I ever see him talking to my sister in a bad way at school, I'll just pick him up and push him against the wall.

The kid thinks he has tons of friends, but everybody secretly hates him apparently.

The kid harrasses one of the teachers so much that he is quitting his job at the end of the year.
He's also quitting because the administration won't do anything:

He isn't even getting a suspension.
The kid is a fucking sociopath and something needs to be done.

Would your parents do something about it? If the principal won't help, go to the school board and talk to the Superintendent if you have to.

If it gets worse and the school won't do anything, then go to the police. She shouldn't be harassed. But really, try to avoid physical confrontation if you can.

Go up to his house politely, with you sister, and tell him to say sorry with his sincerest apologies, if he comes back with something like "fuck you man" take his head and bash it into your knee. Then while he's falling backwards, kick him in the chest. Then grab him by the hair and put him in an arm lock, and tell him to say sorry. More than likely he will. PROBLEM SOLVED!! Have a nice day!
