This is just fucking hilarious!!!!! Its by far the weirdest bit of news I've read since a woman stabbed a Wendy's manager to death, because he didn't give her enough mayo!!!
Holy CraP! We have to help that guy get back to his time machine. Who knows what damage his continued presence here is doing to the space-time continuim.
MY GOD!!! You are right bacon!!! We might be causing our demise by keeping him here!!! I beg to the authorities, release the time traveler if you charish this world!!! With him in prison in this 21th century, the apocalypse is upon us!!!!
It's what i'd do if I had a time machine. :)
I would go warn the Prez about Sept 11 and then offer my services on inside knowledge for a price.
Well.. since if you look under the left, it's categorised under tabloids..
Interesting either way
They should let him give his cure for AIDS, unless they don't want the cure to AIDS
Officials are quite confident the "time-traveler's" claims are bogus. Yet the SEC source admits, "No one can find any record of any Andrew Carlssin existing anywhere before December 2002."
:o
pssst... it\'s a fake. keep that on the down-low.
i say we kill him and destroy his machine... we must kill what we don't understand! didn't you ever see those alien movies from the 50's?
But i rather believe it's true :D
who are you again jk 8)
All I know is that if I had a time machine the last thing I would do is go to the past--the future is far more interesting (IMO).
Besides, at least you know you're not "screwing up the timeline" when you go to the future; it hasn't happened yet.
However, I might release some stock info to my 4th removed cousin...just to make a few profits :-P
The past is more profitable though.
i don't see how... theoretically if you could go forward you could see market trends while also seeing cool new technology... then go back to present time with more knowledge than you had to begin with... you wouldn't even need to make new friends... just pick up where you left off.Quote:

or you could go back to past with profitable info that happened in your time and place bets but you have a point and i think the future would be cooler
If I had a time machine I would first go to the future and see how everything is developing, perhaps see the end of earth or the end of time. Then, I would go to the past and purposely alter a bunch of things so that everything changes, go back to the present and enjoy. If the result is not to my liking I'll go back to the past(one minute before last time) and stop myself from changing things that way, etc, etc...
It will be some fun times...
Time Travel would be cool but maybe we shouldn't fuck with time :whyme:
Why not, it sounds like fun?
What you do is go into the future and you grab a ton of the new stuff, then go back to your own time and "invent" them. Not only do you become super rich but you also become world famous and everyone will call you the smartest person in the world. Though you would have to be pretty good in the first place to go into the future. Infact it might not even be worth the trouble if your that smart.
First thing I would do is find out what the cars run on, then find whats up with the newest computers and diet pills are. Thats like a few billion there come back and your set for life. Can sit around and play on your super new computer you invented instead of doing anything else heh.
I hate to spoil your fun but going into the future and stealing stuff to invent for yourself would cause a paradox as when you got to the future naturally the guy that invented the stuff wouldn't have invented it because you would have and that means you couldn't steal it from him. :P
alternate realities... duh.
Any of you ever been to www.johntitor.com? Try it
It wouldn't matter though, since you invented it, it would still exist for you to steal. Besides you might be the one who invited it in the first place, then you go steal it from yourself heh. Now that is weird.
Stuff like that can happen no matter where you go, which is why time travel really isn't something people should do. Atleast if you go into the future your safe from setting up a paradox where you are no longer born.
Infact it doesn't even have to be that bad, only a small thing is needed to change you and even if your alive your no longer the person you where, which is just as bad as killing yourself.
