History repeats itself? God damn thats stupid though. I'm Canadian and most of the people I know know of the wolves in yellowstone (their amazing recovery and all that). How can Bush possibly be so stupid?

I can list other examples if you'd like: patriot act, no child left behind, war in iraq... Unfortunately, there is logic behind it. They tried reasoning and diplomacy with the wolf population, but the wolves provided no response. They are forced to assume the worst, and that is why America has declared war on wolves. America feels wolves are a direct threat to their homeland security, and they have reason to believe many of these wolves have engaged in terrorist activities. In all seriousness, however, the wolf population is getting too high, causing other animal species numbers to drop exponentially. However, I don't agree with this in the least. Aside from the fact that its upsetting the balance of nature itself, and besides the fact that I absolutely adore wolves and think they are the greatest animal to grace this planet, this is totally unjustified. Its not control, its extermination. This is sickening. Its not even being controlled through hunting. Aerial Shootings. What the fuck? Theres not even any sport or gain in that. Its as if Bush has taken his retardation a step further. Bored little President can't declare war on another 3rd world nation, so he declares it on animals. I can't wait to see his next state of the union address. It'll likely be the exact opposite of his "I believe Human beings and Fish can coexist peacefully." I imagine something along the lines of my first paragraph Now just watch the idiot drop a nuclear warhead on his own soil for the sheer purpose of eliminating wolves. Im an hunter and though i hunt coyote I would only kill a wolf if it tried to attack me, unless these wolves are killing/harming people, i see no logic for culling an animal that just got off the endangered list. i respect wolves I really do, i think they're a magnificent animal.
