I like Mark75. It's sounds like it's been taken from the Bible. Also the rest of them are rubbish. Markus Maximus? How will anyone take you seriously when you're called that; same goes for Professor Mark. They both sound really childish.

Is that the image you want to portray? Is it?! May I recommend Lord Mark? Or King, or Duke, or any title of authority? Much better than professor.

Go with "Lord of the Mark" and use a Theoden avatar.
That way you get a nice pun by the name containing both your name and a lordly title from Middle-earth.

If you like Professor Mark just stick with it and ask an admin to change it for you. Easy as that.
