How often do you work out?

I work out 5 days a week, for an hour at a time.
MWF - 10 minutes cardio and then weights
T,Th - 1 hour cardio, split between cross trainer and bicycle

How about the rest of you
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      Mon-Sun:
mornings - 20 'spoon to mouth' reps
lunch - the 'sandwhich method' jaw workout
evening - full on all out digestive system excersize

It's fullfilling on so many levels

Ditto, except replace bf with ex-bf. He still says he likes my tummy, too, even though I'm not happy with it. I do a lot of lifting normally and breaking my foot was a sneaky way of getting me to do crunches (walking up the stairs on crutches...). I work on my legs now and then, but not too often. They're too big as it is and it's gross. I can't slim them down no matter how hard I try because it's all muscle! I used to take martial arts classes, but I'm ashamed to say that I've slipped out of that circle over the past few years. Now and again, I still practice on my own and as soon as my foot heals, I'm going to start Yoga with my mom.

Other than that, I sit on my fat ass in front of my computer all the time.

Edit: I've never had washboard abs. In fact, I've always been a porker. At this exact moment, I am the thinnest I've ever been in my life. I'm working on breaking that record.

I think muscular girls are nasty... if they say like look at my muscles and you see an arm with a little bit of muscle it is ok... if they say something like look at my muscles and they show you either a big ass six pack or a bulky arm then THAT is fricken nasty...

It's the inner beauty that truly makes the woman. I've known many women that some would say are plain or lacking in some manner or another, but when their personality and warmth shine through, they are gorgeous!

On the other hand, I've know many 'Trophies' that had it all, but they were extremely mean and cruel, and in my mind, they were extremely unattracitve!

I wish I could see aura's. I'm sure mean peple have black speckled ones.
Lost Soul, I imagine yours as a warm reddish orange. Paperdoll, maybe a bright blue-green.

Wassup - sorry, don't do guys auras

So far, all the women I've met here seem very attractive!

Seeker - That's true sometimes... If I just saw a picture of somebody I couldn't tell if they "looked good" just by the picture... I would need to know them. Mean annoying people don't seem as attractive to me but if they are nice I like them more... wateva

It is because of genetics that I work out. Lot's of high blood pressure, diabetes, strokes, and other bad stuff runs in my family!

Paperdoll - Your I'm sure your aura is not black! Like I said blue-green. Kind of blue hot and energetic.

I run around like an asshole in a goretex suit at work which makes you sweat like crazy I havent gone to the gym in a while though =( and I havent been out in my kayak either I cannot find one of the rubber feet that rests on my car for the roofrack!!

I have been kinda sedentary at home lately, only doing 1pint lifts

I got bored the other night and started running off that little hill thats in the back of my yard and onto the railing that goes down the stairs and then back off that, figured I did it in dream so why not here.

I didnt hold the jump in the air though... Still working on that *mutter*

I gotta get my weak ass down to the gym again, we have a nice one here at werk, I have tiny little T-rex arms and looks dumb in comparison to my shoulders

Do you think your muscles, there, have anything to do with how fast or strong you are? You think that's air you're breathing?

I've seen it posited that skills can be practiced in dreams, but I doubt you could build muscle.

I do 8 or more. If I'm not lifting at home, I'm lifting at work, though for a very different reason. I have to lift at work to load the machines.
