It's a tremendous step in the direction of greater openness, and pot cards aren't that hard to get if you're willing to go in the database. Also, the allowed quantity is far in excess of what any one user could smoke in a week, though it's a little more realistic if they're cooking with it.

I think that is exactly what the case will often be. It is not within the rules, but it is within reality.

By the way, I am not saying, "Yeeee haaaawwwww, everybody fire up a joint!" I am saying that we are getting closer and closer to the end of the war on marijuana, a war I think is a huge social problem for many reasons. I think people have a right to smoke marijuana and a right to smoke the highest quality there is. This marijuana ATM move is a big step in that direction. I have had trouble with being a potaholic in my life, and I don't think marijuana is harmless, but freedom is something I value on a major level.
