Ps3 Software Fails Again: Collective Agreement that Haze Sucks

*sigh*. I really want to like you Ps3, I really do! I plan to buy a Ps3 around this holiday, or after. Of those games, I was planning to purchase Haze. Haze is another First Person Shooter in which, you are thrown into a world where you have to save it from a drug infested/politically corrupt government. People flipped shits at graphics, and the storyline. It was expected to be great. I paid attention to it, seeing if it would be good. I forgot about it for a while, and then saw something about it on Kotaku. Kotaku said it sucked. IGN.com gave it a 4.5. Gameinformer gave it a 6.5 (second opinion at 5.75) Feel free to search for a good review about it, but after going through 3 reviews, I got the idea. For christ's sake, I'm not buying a Playstation 3 until there are at least 5 good exclusives for the system.

"Playstation 3 SOFTWARE Fails again" And even if I were to blame the Playstation 3 team, it's not without reason. Most companies do make sure that a game is good enough to be warranted on their system (Except for Nintendo, they don't even have an approval process).

Actually, Nintendo on recently scaled back the process, it used to so rigid it alienated developers. Microsoft is still by far the most lax.

I see, well metal gear 4 isn't a racing game , farcry 2 will be out eventually also, there are going to be so many games released I don't understand why your worried. When ps2 came out in 1999, its game selection wasn't very large either, now look 9 years later and ps2 games are still being made, so if I were you I would not worry, just be patient, you seem so impatient hun, relax!

Metal Gear is the ONLY game I'm looking forward to besides Resistance 2 and LittleBigPlanet. You all know I'm not one to argue over consoles, but it is a disappointment, the large amount of less than stellar games. But yeah, I'm still gonna get one.

QFT It seems that you are sitting there, telling me what I'm saying. Here, how about I say this... PLAYSTATION 3 IS NOT A BAD SYSTEM. SONY USED TO BLOW MICROSOFT OUT OF THE WATER LAST GENERATION. There, you see that? I'm not saying the Playstation 3 is bad. But you can't expect me to buy a 500 dollar system that has less than average games on it. Sure there's a few good ones... Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Online, Resistance 2, LittleBigPlanet.. etc etc. But I'm not sold on just those. Alot of them I can already play on my 360 which I have had since it started. It's not like I'm going "Omg, teh 360 is teh best with all these gaymes!". Most of them do play the same with a few changes. Take GTA IV for example. The only difference is the motion controls and the fact that 360 has exclusive downloadable content. So why would I dish out an extra 500 dollars to play games on a new system, when I can already play them without having to spend the extra 500? That's why, unless there are a slew of good exclusive that I like (that means that everytime someone barks out the five exclusive titles that they have nearing completion, and I disagree, it's because I don't like them) I'm not going to purchase the system, unless it has a price drop. So there you go. It's pretty hard to say "Stop supporting the Xbox" when I just blatantly said that I WANT to own a Ps3, but refuse to when it's worthless to me right now.
