DV Times: Issue 1 - Have your Say: Discussion Thread

This is the discussion and voting thread for the "Have your Say" section in the DV Times newsletter. If you have not already read the article, please go to the Have your Say section of the DV Times Newsletter: Issue 1 and read this months article. Please keep this discussion civil and mature. If any members forcefully try to ruin this discussion thread then there will be consequences. This thread is for discussion of the issue being raised, that means the discussion of the forum itself, not any particular belief system. Lets keep this on topic and get some good discussion from this raised issue.

I don't think having an R/S thread is a bad thing, it's the part where we can't all get along that's bad. If that could be dealt with somehow, it might work. Then again, it's a lot of work 'keeping people in line', so it might be easier just to say no to it.

Anyone and everyone who is whining about R/S might as well apply their silly argument, to, say, S/B. It is literally a spam forum and has no central theme. But that's okay, because there's a hodge-podge of controverstial garbage in their rather than just religious controversial junk. But I have a better idea: While were removing R/S we can ban people from having opinions and make everyone think the same way. I shall call it: Con-Asher.

Why bother? It's pointless trying to beat our different beliefs into each others head. It's a waste of energy, and it proves that not many of us can get along. The civilized topics get turned into crap. The crap topics become even worse. So again, why bother?
