I’m just curious on who created dreamviews.

Dreamviews was created by icedawg, the site's original owner. I believe it was originally just a mid-term project that became much much more.

No, it was 2003 I think. Icedawg is in medical school and only shows up every now and again. Top Cola web design (asher) owns it now.
