Earlier today I went into the bathroom, and on the walls were dozens of small bits of bright white light. They flew across the walls, vanishing and reappearing every few inches. Everywhere I look are these lights. I'm thinking to myself, "Holy crap, I'm finally going mad!" Then they vanished completely, never coming back. It was one of the most bizarre things to ever happen to me. I wasn't on anything at the time, just to let you know.

Stop doing drugs, get off your medication, and see a psychotherapist and write a book about it.

Thats just as odd as my clock-episode

Let me explain.

I was in my room doing situps, I stand up and stretch, suddenly....A digital clock with a wood finish appears in front of me, almost dangling from a rope but the rope wasn't visible...and the clock swung back and forth, with all of the numbers flashing to random numbers at such a blinding speed.

Now the numbers were red, and the clock looked like it was in the room with me, like a real physical object...then I blinked a few times and smacked myself as it faded away.

I think your experience is similar in a way, whacky hallucinations I tell you.

It's completely normal to have hallucinations at some point in your life, so I wouldn't get too worried about it.
