and people should be made to have IQ tests and pass in order to procreate

I, for one, would only legalize weed to people who have medical conditions...

I wouldn't want to walk into a smoking area where everyone is smoking weed and then get high from those people...

I don't like drugs, and I don't do them. Same with Alchohaul.

Personally, I think if all the drunks became potheads, the world would be a much better place.

Agreed, for some cases.
As for damage to the person themselves (as I understand it) it's not any worse than alcohol or tabacco,
so I really don't see the reasoning for illegalization; however,

lol about the Crocs. I think that the right to bear arms shoud be fucked off the list. I mean, the poliece offivers should get them. Thats all. I know alot of other people may get them, but alot less people will get them. Not just to stop murder. I mean, hunting is cruel too. No reason for it.

There shouldn't be any law that relates to an issue of personal choice(drugs). People have to learn self control for themselves. You can't make laws to enforce morality. Well you can but they won't work very well. I think this includes guns and other harmful things. Owning certain objects or substances shouldn't be illegal(other than owning people).

GUNS and DOCTORS

a. The number of physicians in the United States is 700,000

b. Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year is 120,000.

c. Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171. (US Dept. of Health &
Human Services)

THINK ABOUT THIS:

a. The number of gun owners in the US is 80,000,000 (yes, eighty- million!).

b. The number of accidental gun deaths per year (all age groups) is 1,500.

c. The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .0000188.

Statistically, doctors are about 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS A DOCTOR.

Alert your friends to this threat. We must ban doctors before this
gets out of hand.

As a public health measure I have withheld the statistics on lawyers
for fear that the shock could cause people to seek medical attention.
(I didn't come up with this last part so I don't know how accurate it is)

I think euthanasia and assisted suicide should be legal. When it comes to terminal and painful ends to their lives, we are more humane to our sick cats and dogs than we are to our fellow humans. I don't see how the right to die can be refused to anyone.

Secondhand smoke is also a BS concept, there's no proof that there's any risk, but even if there was you'd have to pretty much live in a place where there is a smoker.
Passing someone in the street or even chilling in a restaurant with a smoker nearby might make you a tad uncomfortable cause of the smell but secondhand smoke damage would only be viable after prolonged exposure(if at all).

Also, as we're talking about cannabis... there is absolutely zero proof that cannabis causes cancers of any kind, let alone from secondhand smoke.
In fact, there are many studies showing that not only does cannabis not cause cancers, but that it in fact helps prevent or even (semi)cure them.

Finally, the most basic of arguments... why should my civil liberties be infringed upon for your personal comfort? I don't want cigarettes banned just because I hate having cigarette butts in my yard. (I can't think of a better comparison right now).

I agree, one's own life is one of the few things that each human being should always have complete and total control over(within viable scientific limits, of course), regardless of laws and such.
If a person is of sound mind and can sign a waiver or something the doctor should not be held responsible.
In fact he should be thanked for ending that patient's suffering.
Of course this should be an extreme last resort, not in a case like "OMG Bobby cheated on me!" *clack clack! POOMWAH!*
But where the patient has been battling a disease and all that's on the horizon is 6 months of agony with no quality of life leading up to a painful death.

I think a lot of things should be legal. Weed, alcohol, heroin, knives. I'd be fine with them legalising guns, I live in a rural area where shotgun licenses are reasonably common anyway.

I'd like to think I'm liberal in what people should be allowed to do but conservative in personal tastes. I would be happiest in a society where most public areas don't allow smoking, where alcohol is rare, caffiene is frowned upon, violence shocks people to the core, etc. But people should have the choice to experiment nontheless, these prohibitions should be enforced by cultural norms.

I guess an example of this is that I'm against the ban on the incitement of racial hatred. But I would personally very much like to string racists up by their arses and use them as pinatas.

If we could make anything illiegal, it should be abortion, If you aren't smart enough to use a condom then you shouldn't be having sex.
And if youre sixteen and having a baby, don't kill it, give it up for adoption.
Same for older ladies.

It's sad to think thaat all they think of is killing the baby.
