      Is it Britain or Briton?

My psychology book uses the "O" one. It caught me off guard. Can they both be used interchangebly or is the "o" one politically correct?

It depends on how most people say it, but it is really Britain.

People like to say briton..I say britin...But it is Britain.

Briton = nationality (alternative to British)

I am a Briton, and I live in Britain
I am British, and I live in Britain

      *edit*
but if anyone asks, I'm English....
      and I live in England

      *edit*
The south-east of England (that makes a huge difference)
