      PPC marketing

      Anyone here dabble in this field? I think I have seen a few people allude to doing it...like Adam.

      PPC has to do with being sponsored on google. Using PPC basically foregoes the sandbox process. PPC yields faster results but it takes money. Rising up on search engines organic results through non-ppc marketing will take time and you will spend time in the sandbox.

      Actually, PPC just stands for "pay per click" and covers all website ads which the advertiser pays a certain amount every time someone clicks on it, as well as the "sponsored matches" you see at the top of search results as Jeff described.

      Everyone's. I play music in a podcast - people listen and then from my site link to the site I bought them from to buy the singles I have played. By linking to that site from mine I get commission for it. And surprisingly more people do it than I thought. And by me linking myself through my site, I get commission on the music I buy for myself too
