      If it doesn't work, try downloading an older version of Max MSP Runtime. I kept getting an error about a missing .dll file when I tried it in version 5, but I got 4.63 and it works just fine.

      Yeah, I was getting that missing .dll thing too with the fifth version. I couldn't get it to work either.

      I'm trying it with the earlier version now.

      Edit: Alright sweet, It works with the 4.6.1 version or whatever. It's pretty awesome. Remember to turn up the velocity bar all the way in the lower right all the way up, otherwise you won't be able to hear anything.

      You should download Audacity. I'm pretty sure you can record and play back with that, and it's free, too.

      Huh, this is pretty darn cool, Mark. I messed around with it a bit, seems like the runtime environment would be pretty simple to modify. Fun as heck just playing with it, though.

      Dammit! I get no sound. I see a knob for volume in the program but turning it up does nothing.

      It's actually a silder in the bottom right labeled "velocity". I'm pretty sure he mentions that a few times in the video.
